Brisket Baddies started in a Coachella parking lot with smoked brisket, cowboy boots, and a sandwich people kept coming back for. Now we're back, 100% plant-based and ready to ride.

To honor the soul of BBQ while serving food that is fresh, tastes good, and is rooted in community.

Made from fresh oyster mushrooms, NEVER soy, tofu, Impossible, Beyond, or mystery meat. Sourced from local farmers markets whenever possible.

For the plant-based folks, the BBQ lovers, and everybody curious enough to pull up a chair. Good food is better when it's shared.
