Orders

Brisket Baddies sells fresh food for pop-ups, events, and pickup service. All orders are subject to availability.

When you place an order, you are responsible for making sure your name, email address, phone number, order details, pickup date, and pickup location are correct.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded unless Brisket Baddies confirms an issue or error on our end.

Preorders

Preorders are prepared for a specific event, date, and pickup window. Preordering helps us prepare food in advance and make sure your plate is accounted for.

Your order confirmation acts as your pickup pass. Please bring your confirmation with you when picking up your order.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the posted event or pickup window.

Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds. If you do not arrive during the scheduled pickup window, we cannot guarantee that your order will be held.

Food Allergies

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, soy, coconut, nuts, and other ingredients.

If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before placing an order. Brisket Baddies cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or preparation space.

Product Availability

Menu items, flavors, ingredients, and pricing may change based on availability, event needs, or supply.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, update product details, remove products, or stop accepting orders at any time.

Event Changes

Brisket Baddies may update event details, pickup instructions, timing, or location if needed.

If an event detail changes after you place an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Refunds and Order Issues

All sales are final unless Brisket Baddies confirms an issue or error on our end.

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know at pickup so we can review it. Refunds or replacements may only be considered when the issue is due to an error made by Brisket Baddies.
